How to Send Notifications Using Wallet Pass

In today’s post, we’ll walk you through how to send notifications to your users using the Manage Users feature on AddToWallet.co. Whether you’re notifying individual users or an entire group, we’ve got you covered.

Step 1: Navigate to Manage Users

First, go to the Manage Users section. Here, you’ll see a list of all user passes for a specific group. If you haven’t created cards yet, take a moment to set those up before proceeding.

Step 2: Sending Notifications to an Individual User

Once your pass is ready, locate the specific user row you wish to notify. In the Actions section, click on the bell icon.

A modal window displaying "Recipients: Sending to 1 user" at the top. Simply enter the notification header and subject, and then click Send Now. The user will receive the notification instantly.

Step 3: Sending Notifications to All Users

To notify all users in a group simultaneously, click the bell icon located to the left of the Add User button.

A modal window will appear with "Recipients: Sending to all customers" at the top. Just like before, enter the header and subject, then hit Send Now to instantly notify everyone.
