Managing users efficiently is key when handling digital passes. With AddToWallet, you can create user groups, import data in bulk, and generate dynamic passes effortlessly. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Access the Manage Users Section

To begin, navigate to the Menu and select Manage Users. This section allows you to control different user groups linked to your pass templates.

Step 2: Create a New User Group

Click on New User Group on the left panel. Here, you’ll have the option to upload your user data in CSV format

Your CSV file should be structured properly, with each row representing a user and each column representing a macro. This ensures smooth data processing.

Once uploaded, the platform will process the file and display the users accordingly. An example is shared below.

Step 3: Creating Dynamic Passes

Now that your user group is set up, it’s time to generate passes.

Click on Create Passes – This links the template to your user group.
Click on Create Passes again to finalize the process after making any edits in the form

Step 4: Updating and Managing Passes

If you need to modify your pass template, simply click Update pass Template and make changes in the form.
Navigate back to the user group to download all user data as a CSV file.
The downloaded CSV will include the pass link for each user.
Click the eye icon to open individual pass links.
Use the delete icon to remove a user from the group.
